Dr. Valentine Grimes is an established and highly skilled physician in the Bahamas with over 23 years of experience in orthopedics and spine surgical services. Dr Grimes offers minimally invasive surgical services at the Princess Margaret Hospital, Spectrum Health and Doctors Hospital.

He has earned numerous accolades for his quality, patient-centered care. Dr. Valentine Grimes is a graduate of Cambridge University UK where he obtained his medical and masters degree with honors. He completed orthopedic residency at the University of Ottawa,Canada where he was awarded resident teacher of the year. He sub-specialized in spinal surgery with an A/O spine fellowship at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada.

He is a member of a number of medical associations including the Medical Association of the Bahamas, The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and The Caribbean Orthopedic Association.
